In March of this year, he was surrendered to the PRAS shelter by his owner. He had developed a limp, and his vet determined that he had two torn ACL injuries in his knees that would require surgery to repair. Luner and Nova came to the PSPCA when they were just 2 weeks old. They are now 8 weeks old and full of fun and mischief. They were born with an eyelid defect called eyelid agenesis. This means part of the upper eyelids on both eyes did not form properly. They need surgery to correct the problem. Surgery total for both kitties is $1,400.00.
