Our pets in foster care are not located at the Peninsula SPCA. They are being cared for in a temporary foster home. Please contact Lou Siaosi at 757-595-1399 ext: 113 for more information about our foster care pets.

Please Note:
The PSPCA no longer holds stray animals picked up by citizens or Animal Control officers. Stray animals are housed at the new Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter located at 5843 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News. The telephone number for the Regional Shelter is (757) 933-8900.
