“Down by the Water”- Phoebus United Methodist Church Adoption Event

The Peninsula SPCA will join the members of the Phoebus United Methodist Church for a day of fun activities and a yard sale.  All proceeds will benefit the homeless animals at the Peninsula SPCA.
